To control the bloating was just start of my goal. I also need to flush out the excess fluid that was building inside my body. Here is what I did to get rid of this so called fluid retention. I cut way down on my salt intake because I read that too much sodium which is the stuff that’s in salt causes the body to retain more water. Then I include more potassium rich foods in my diet. Potassium helps get rid of water weight by reducing sodium level in the body. It also helps to pee more so that the excess fluid make way out of the body.
For that reason tomato, bananas, spinach, avocados. beet root and coconut water become my best friends. To get my target results in 1 week I quit using sweets and all type of desserts. It was the most terrible part of my experiment but I take the decision and do same.

Actually I feel lighter and full of energy. I reduced my diet portions on daily basis. Instead of taking 3 big portions I started to take 6 meals which were more effective to help me out. I quit soda and other carbonated drinks too. These drinks makes you bloated and gassy. I totally leave such drinks and start making my own tasty and fat burning drinks at home.
To make a super slimming and refreshing add half a cup of pomegranate, half a cup of grapefruit, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon of honey and that’s it. Enjoy this drink.
